How to claim your money back:
You must have purchased our MAYA IPL Hair Removal Handset from our website,
Trial our handset for at least 60 days from the date of delivery, but for no more than 90 days.
You must complete at least 6 IPL handset treatments, with treatments being 1 week apart, and take a photo of the area/s you are treating before each of the sessions.
If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, email your 6 photos to us at mayasales@maya-skincare.com with your order number, and we will review your application.
All 90 Day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your MAYA IPL Hair Removal Handset.
ALL images MUST have valid time and date stamps
If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded
Once approved, we will refund you the handset purchase price (at the time of order), once the handset has been returned to our warehouse*. Customer pays for return shipping and is non-refundable.

Only items purchased on MAYA Beauty (USA) with accompanying order information will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
If you have received a gift with purchase, you must return the gift along with your purchased product. If both the purchased product and accompanying gift are not returned, your return will not be accepted.
Your purchased product must be returned in order to receive a refund in the amount of your full purchase price or exchange. If you return your purchased product in accordance with this policy, your full purchase price excluding any shipping costs associated with the original order will be refunded to your original form of payment. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Limit one return per name, household, or address on opened product(s). MAYA Beauty monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Maya Beauty in all instances, in its sole discretion.
